Pulse Flex 2i shows fully charged in the app but does not work without power

    Try removing the power again and disconnecting battery pack for a few minutes then just attach the battery pack and see if that helps.

    Beyond that please log a support ticket, using the Bluesound App select Help…Send Support Request.
