Pulse Flex 2i shows fully charged in the app but does not work without power

Hi.

My Pulse Flex 2i shows fully charged in the app – but, when I disconnect it from power and try to use it with the battery power – it does not work and disappears from the app.  It was previously working.  Any ideas on what is wrong?
