    No changes have happened in our Qobuz API, may be best to check with them at Qobuz.com

    I have resolved the issue. In the audio settings, I had the Replay-gain set to Smart. I disabled this and the Qobuz volume levels are now the same as the other music services. Do idea why this solved it. Does anyone know why?
