Repeat (loop icon) defaults to on on new c700 everytime I use the app
AnsweredThere are a quite a few bugs and some illogic functionality in this software.
After spending days in troubleshooting 2 bugs and software design flaws (the play queue and play list) I ran into a new one. Every time I start the Android (13) app, bring my c700 out of standby, the shuffle function (loop icon) is on (blue).
Can this be switched of permantly?
I dont want to infinitely hear the same song.

Yes - tap the loop icon until it is grey. Here is how the play queue works; https://support.bluos.net/hc/en-us/articles/360000204487

Thanks for responding but it doesn't help.
I understand how the play queue, play lists and repeat/shuffle works but as I said it DOESN'T work. It always reverts to repeat song is on.

Hi Rob
The Repeat icon is available in the Now Playing screen of the BluOS Controller App. It is also available in the footer section of the Play Queue screen in the iOS/Android version of the BluOS Controller App.
Selecting the Repeat icon multiple times toggles between the following three options:
No Repeat – Stops playback at the end of the current Play Queue list.
Repeat Play Queue – Repeats the playback of the entire Play Queue at the end of the last track.
Repeat Track – Repeats the playback of the current track in the Play Queue in a loop.
If problems persist, please select Help, Send Support Request in the BluOS App and please let our Support Crew know what operating system you are on (iOS/Android/Mac/Windows). They will be happy to reach out further...

Hi Tony. As I said twice, it's not working as it should.
I logged the issue this morning but it takes at least 2 working days to pick up. I guess I'l have to wait for that.

As the problem persisted I did a factory reset of my c700 and reinstalled the app (android) on my Pixel 7 Pro and for now it's working again.
This is the third problem I encountered (previous were with play queue and play lists). And also the 5th time I had to start from scratch due the the factory resets and re-installs. I believe tis highlights underlying issues that should be looked in to.
