Node2i Not Showing in Tidal Connect
Hi there
I installed my Node2i yesterday and it was up and running in no time via my HiFi and I love it. I installed a new router today and had to reset the Node and complete a fresh install as it was not connecting to the new network. Up and running again, but now the Node does not appear in Tidal Connect for direct access. I have reinstalled the Tidal account in the BluOS controller, but no joy. Any ideas how Tidal can rediscover the Node? I reinstalled Tidal app on my Mac also
This issue applies to both macOS & iOS apps

Read reports about this happening in the past and the fix was to remove the Tidal app (not the Tidal credentials in the BluOS app) but this was an Android issue and if this failed a router reboot followed by a powercycle of the Node.
Probably best to log a support ticket… in the BluOS app select Help…Send Support Request.
