HI Tomas
Wireless Setup over Ethernet
When you install a new router or if the other methods listed above do not work – perform the following steps to configure the Player to the required wireless network.
- Disconnect the power cord of the Player from the power outlet.
- Connect an Ethernet cable directly from the router to the Ethernet port of the Player.
- Connect the power cord of the Player to the power outlet.
- Wait until the Status Indicator LED of the Players turns solid Blue.
- Connect the Android/iOS or Windows/macOS device to the required WiFi network and launch the BluOS Controller App.
- Select the Navigation Drawer (3 lines in the upper left corner of the App).
- Select Settings > Player > WiFi.
- Select the required WiFi Network from the Configure Wireless drop-down menu.
Note: If the required WiFi Network does not appear or is hidden, select Manual SSID Entry. Enter the Wireless SSID and select the Protection type the network uses. - Enter the WiFi network's Password.
- Select Update.
- Wait for 5 minutes and disconnect the power cord of the Player from the power outlet.
- Disconnect the Ethernet cable of the Player and connect the power cord of the Player to the power outlet.

Thank you. Connecting to the router directly helped to solve the issue.
