First Generation Powernode Won't Update
AnsweredI have three Bluesound devices but one of them, a first generation Powernode, is still on BluOS 3.12.13. It prompts me every day for an update. I get a box stating that it is preparing for the update, but then the update stops. The device works fine otherwise.
I tried a manual firmware installation, but that also failed to complete.
I tried on several occasions to send a Support Request, but I got no response or acknowledgement that the request was sent or received. (I have successfully done a Support Request from a different device).
Any other suggestions?
