RE: BLUESOUND Node2i / OS update

Just downloaded and  began update of the NODE 2i  OS that recently became available.   Download of same seemed to happen successfully (lights flashed and changed colors) and then the unit appeared to begin the update process.  Several hours later,   the "play/pause" and "front panel" lights on the unit began to alternately flash between RED and GREEN.   This has now been going on for several hours.

Is this normal?  If not, please advise as to what steps I now need to take to get the NODE 2i running again.

    Thank you.

    Sam,

Thanks for follow-up.  The problem has resolved.   After another hour or so, the unit successfully completed update and is back online.  In hindsight, I think there may have been a network issue which impeded/slowed  download of the update.

    Anyway, all is good.

    Thanks again.

    Robert

    Hello Robert,

Thank you for the update, glad to hear it. I imagine your hypothosis is correct, monitor the Node for the whenever the next firmware upgrade comes around to confirm.

I'll go on ahead and close your ticket (you may see some follow up emails, you can ignore these).

    Cheers,
    Sam R.
