    Hi Herman

    If you remove the extender does all work well with the Bluesound NODE 2's sensor? If so, check the connector on the extender. If problems persist, please select Help, Send Support Request so we may review the log file and confirm signal is being received.

    Hi Tony,

    Thanks for your help. I tested the IR port without the extender and it worked properly. With extender again the same problems. Then I changed the out of the box Calrad extension cable for one out of my cable stock and everything was O.K. Probably the cable or connector did cause the problem.
