I recently bought a Node 2. The Node 2 is directly wired to my router. I am very happy with the audio quality I am getting from the device (great DAC), but not so much with the reliability. I have two problems:
- Bluetooth is not working at all. There is no Bluetooth connection point to be found. I tried many times with all kind of devices, also after a factory reset, but no change at all. Changing the Bluetooth settings in the Blueos software does not change anything.
- My Node 2 loses connection every 24 hours or so. This is extremely annoying. The Node 2 just disappears and is not to be found in the Bluos apps and software. The only way to solve the problem is to disconnect the power cable and reconnect; the Node 2 will than reboot and show up again. I tried everything including factory resets, but this problem persists.
I have not received any helpful feedback from Bluesound support so far. They only emailed me to do a factory reset, but that doesn't help at all.
Maybe anyone out there that could help me out? I really like the sound and would be very disappointed if I needed to return the device.
