    Hi Laurent

We have heard of a number of problems with older MacBooks and Bluetooth.

If you are using iTunes, why not use a more reliable Network Share? Here's how; https://support.bluesound.com/hc/article_attachments/115010537987/Bluesound%20MacOS.pdf

Thanks for your quickly answer but it does not fix the problem.

I did the manipulation when I installed Pulse 2.

The problem is that news albums on iTunes are not automatically transfert to BluOS App when I put on iTunes. I have to do manually to listen  new song or album from iTunes to your App BLueOS....

Do you have a solution ? Where does the problem come from ?

Once you have downloaded new music from iTunes to your laptop, select, Settings, Music Library, Reindex Music Collection on your Phone or Tablet BluOS App. In Windows or MacOS, select Player, Configure Player, Reindex Music Collection.

The PULSE 2 LED will turn white. Once the LED returns to Blue, reopen your Library and the new music has been added.

I want listen my music on iTunes and not on your App...

You understand that when I buy a hifi system at 799€ It is the minimum that the bluetooth works on iTunes... !!

    That's totally crazy !!! ......

Sorry for the confusion, I believe I mentioned it right away...

"We have heard of a number of problems with older MacBooks and Bluetooth"

The vast majority of consumers who do run into the problem are not using iTunes but are using YouTube or Netflix. Our experience is that the issue you are seeing stems from problems with Apple's low level firmware in Bluetooth as our Players work quite well with most other products.

Creating an iTunes share as I suggested is our best practices when working with iTunes Libraries.
