Hi, coming from Sonos where the UI and other changes messed up the user experience (at least for me to the point to abandon the platform) without the option going back, I would like to suggest Bluesound to consider doing this differently:
Make it possible to roll back an update (just one would be fair) and make a switch to stay on that version until the switch is pulled back again. At the same time be open on future plans (like a complete UI overhaul, voice control integration, account requirements etc) so customers can evaluate whether the update is worth it.
I understand this is causing difficulties but hey, nothing is impossible if loyal clients are concerned.
