    Hi Christian,

    Our Players and app use a protocol known as Multicast to appear in the App.

    Ensure this is enabled on your Router and any extenders you may be using.

    In some rare cases certain apps or firewalls can cause issue with Multicast traffic.

    Some routers also have issue forwarding the traffic from the 2.4ghz network to the 5ghz network, so if your Router is dual band or uses wireless AC ensure you are connected to your 2.4ghz Wireless N network.

    Thank you now it works. Very strange however how it could work for a few years and suddenly not, but regardless now it works as said 😀
