    Hi Solomon

    Please select Help, Diagnostics, Reboot in the BluOS App. This will restart your Bluesound Player. Wait about 10 minutes once the Player LED has returned to solid blue.

    If the problem persists after that, please send us a log file by selecting, Help, Send Support Request so we may review the Player log file.
