I've used BlueSound (NAD M50/M52) for about two years now, and while I'm quite happy with the sound, I am not that happy with the user interface, particularly when it comes to locating what's on your hard drive.
I would say that BlueSound has a scalability problem. For a customer with a small number of albums, the user interface is good enough; for a customer with 1000+ albums -- and increasing -- it's not.
The most obvious example of this, is the way playlists are handled. To locate a particular playlist, you have to remember:
1. if it's a local or imported playlist, and
2. in case of a local playlist, when it was last modified
With 30 playlists, you can remember these things; with 300 you can't.
For a customer, a playlist is a playlist, regardless of technical stuff like M3Us. Playlist sort order should be open to costumer configuration and apply to all playlists, local or imported. Search facilities should include playlists (e.g. a search for Pink Floyd should also bring up playlists with Pink Floyd songs).
I hope you can implement these changes in the near future.
