    Hi Nicolas,

    The information should be persisting through power cycles of the Player.

    Can we get a Diagnostic Log from your Player?

    The Log from your Player can be sent using the "Send Support Request" option past the "Help" option in the mobile BluOS Controller application via the Navigation Drawer on the left side of the app.

    If you use the Desktop Controller please go to Player>Configure Player > Send Support Request

    The log is included automatically.

    Once BluOS Support receives the diagnostics log they will work with you to find what may be occurring.
