Mac OS client can't see my players
AnsweredWhen I got my new BlueSound a year ago I never managed to make the Mac os client to work - It couldn't see the speakers.
Android and IOS is working ok.
Haw now tried the newest version today, and still the same problem - can't see the players and crashes within a minute.
The Mac is on 10.10.5 now.
Any ideas ?

Hi Gustaaf - any time Players are not showing in the App, it is related to network traffic. Unfortunately we have to troubleshoot these issues individually. I am also escalating your issue to our BSC. They will be in touch.

Just an FYI, same issue with the Mac, all hardwired. The devices appear on network scanning programs (not a router issue). This is with Mac Application 3.16.0. It does work when I run 3.14.1. iOS apps work well via WiFi. The mac is running Mojave 10.14.6

BWI, re-downloaded and installed 3.16.0, to no avail

HI Jeff - as above, it is related to network traffic being blocked on your Mac. If a Mac restart doesn't resolve the issue, our Support Crew will need to take a closer look. I have already escalated your request to support@bluesound.com so no need to notify them... (but for future readers of this thread...)
