Windows Controller app not scaling correctly for 4k screen resolution
AnsweredHi,
I'd like to report a bug that the app isn't really usable on a 4k native resolution screen.
The app doesn't handle the Windows display scaling and for example, it tries to scale the menu titles, but the space the menu titles occupy stays the same size as if normal text is being inserted and chops the words top and bottom.
I am aware this won't affect most laptops or machines, due to 1080p or QHD being the most common resolutions, but I figure 4k will become more common.
I've included a screen shot of it, but you can see it looks pretty awful and mostly unusable to be honest.

Hi Craig
Thanks for the feed back. We are aware of the issue and our QA team is investigating options as more 4K displays are entering the market place.
Thank you for your patience and for #LivingHiFi

I have the same problem.
Almost unusable on my 4k Laptop.
I was planning to migrate away from my Squeezebox clients but I have to say that I am very disapointed by the software.
The Problem is at least 7 month old and very fundamental! How long can it take to fix the rather trivial looking Qt application?
Also it took me quite some time to mount the shares from my server and are still looking into what is wrong there. The Node 2 OS is the first piece of software having trouble mit my Samba installation for 2 decades!
The Node 2, I have bough, really has to excel in sound quality or I'll move on....

I am experiencing the same thing on my new 4K laptop. I now the BlueOS controller works great on Windows but when I tried to use it on my 4K laptop it is unusable. I have to run it on my Android phone instead.
BlueSound, Please make this a priority.
Thank you to OP for clearly documenting this problem with a clear photo.
