    Sorry to hear that you are having upgrade issues. If you can, try disconnecting the Player and move it to the room where your router is and connect the included network cable directly from the Player to the router. If that doesn't resolve it, please select Help, Send Support Request and a member of the Bluesound Support Crew will be in touch to help troubleshoot further.
