    Hello Support Crew!

    I seem to have the same problem here. Same BluOS version and doesn't matter if with my Iphone or Ipad.

    Any idea?

    Same here. I've submitted a request for help but I'm wondering if an app fix is in the works. It's a bummer when something that should be fun becomes a frequent hassle.
