    Thank you for contacting Bluesound. We have had a small amount of consumers reporting this exact issue. We have been able to reproduce it here in our Quality Assurance lab. Yes restarting the SOUNDBAR by selecting Help, Diagnostics, Reboot will temporarily resolve the issue.

    We are currently testing a resolution to this unfortunate problem and hope to publish a software update in the very near future to resolve it.
