    Hi Brent

I am sorry to hear that - is it just these two stations or is it all of iHeartRADIO. If it is just those two stations it is usually a service issue and should restore quickly. If it is all of iHeartRADIO, then please log out of iHeartRADIO from the More Music Menu. Then Select Help, Diagnostics and reboot your Bluesound Player from the bottom right.

Once the Player is restored to ready mode (blue LED), select More Music and log back into iHeartRADIO and try again.

If the problem persists, please select Help, Send Support Request and we will be in touch.

    Thanks for #LivingHiFi

Hi, I was listening to KFI in iheartradio at my desk and just performed the latest update and am experiencing the same issues, constant drop-outs and sporadic pops and squeals.

    Definitely related to the update.

    Hi Tony,

Followed your instructions, however the problem still exists.

Just to be clear,I was listening the the same station (KFI 640) on iheartradio without any issues as all (I listen most of the day). I was prompted for an update and after the update completed the various dropouts and pops and squeals began happening. I am listening now and it is happening.

Should be easy to duplicate if both myself and the other bluesound user is experiencing the same problem.....

  • Hi Chris

I spoke with our QA team here and they have identified a possible issue with iHeartRADIO. They have a possible fix and will be testing it over the weekend. If it passes quality assurance testing, look for an update Monday or Tuesday.

We again apologise for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience.
