    Hi Pammer

    If a CD is stuck in your VAULT 2, please try booting the player in Upgrade Mode;

    • Disconnect the player from electrical power.
    • Wait 10 seconds
    • Reconnect the power
    • Once the LED turns Red, touch and hold the Play/Pause LED on the touch panel (It will immediately turn Green and then back to Red) - do not let go of the LED.
    • Once the LED turns back to Red, release the button
    • If the Player does not return to Blue within 5 minutes, please check your App and see if it is prompting to Upgrade
    • You may safely ignore the Upgrade to return the Player to Blue Ready Mode.

    If the problem persists, please drop us a note at support@bluesound.com

    I have the same problem, however the procedure described above is for a factory reset, deleting all customisations. It's not clear from the descriptions if this will preserve the music library loaded so far, so I am reluctant to use this method, having just loaded about half of my collection of 900 CDs. Is there a reboot method that does not involve a reset?

    Hi Dr. Fordman

    The above process actually is to manually put the player in upgrade mode.

    • Once the LED turns back to Red, release the button

    It should turn back to red after about 5 seconds. If however you maintain pressing the button until it flashes red (about 30 seconds) then yes it will factory reset the player.
