  • Hi Thomas

Something on Windows is blocking the signal - we will be in touch to help troubleshoot as these are almost always isolated to the consumer environment. Watch your inbox for a message from the BluOS Support Crew. We will be in touch sometime today.

Thanks for your patience and for #LivingHiFi

I am having the exact same issue - my BluOS controller looks just like Thomas Franke's.  One thing to mention, though, is that I am using a prerelease version of Windows 10 that will be rolled out in August - Version 1703 OS Build 15063.447

I have been running prerelease versions of Windows 10 for many years now, but this is the first time I have had an issue with BluOS.  My device works fine with IOS and Android.

I have the same problem - BluOS works on Android but on Windows 10 it is very slow and then after 3 or 4 minutes crashes, and I can't even close it, have to Ctrl+Alt+Del and use Windows Task Manager to cancel it. My antivirus says it is an accepted application.

I have an ethernet connection from my PC through my router to the Powernode 2i, if that's relevant.
