    Hi Jdirusso

Thank you for your feedback - That is quite the resolution on your display.

I have forwarded it to our QA team for review but unfortunately suspect it is a limitation of our software on that display.

Thanks for the response.  The display is industry standard 15.6"  UHD (also known as 4K) on an ASUS laptop.  These are increasingly common and will probably be the most popular sold within a year or so.  I communicated with one of your technicians a couple months ago when 2.8.0 build 354 first came out.  He confirmed It was a known issue at that time.   I have been hoping a new update would be out soon to address it.

    Hi,

I am experience the same issue.

Most new laptops have 4k resolution screens.

In BluOS 2.10 it is not solved yet.

@Bluesound, any idea when you can solve this issue?

I am sorry to see that you are aware of the issue since 12/2016 and still not answer. The year now is 2018!!

    Hi Gad

We are in fact releasing a new revamped Desktop App within the next 60 days that will not only address this long standing issue but a number of other ones to bring our PC experience more in line with our tablet experience. Good to hear the news.

I'm also hoping that under windows it will be possible to play music stored locally on the computer directly, without going to all the trouble of shared drives. Works like that on Android...

    Hi Gad

No - Shared drives is a requirement - and a 1 time set up. We will however make it easier for you to perform that 1 time setup of creating a Local Library.
