    Hi-Res

Music streamers connect to the internet in different ways to other devices, they have to ensure perfect synchronisation across multiple devices and this still holds true if you only have one music streamer in your home.

The App is only a remote control (think like a TV remote) and the fact Spotify still works implies that there is a router / network issue as your Node is still connected to the router.

If you contact Bluesound support they can look at your logs and see if anything is amiss with your router settings.

Please from the BluOS app select Help…Send Support Request.

    Thanks for your replay, Seppi.

But i've been through many routers, and i even logged on to the advance settings, and changed to static ip and 2,4 GHz just for the note to work, sadly with no results. I should not have to do this much tinkering in the first place, this was suppose to be a plug and play device. The problem is not the router - coz it works and all other devises works. The problem is that the Bluesound note 2 that i have is a shitty product in regards to connection. I dont know how the manneged to mess this up so bad and still not have released firmware to fix the issue. never had a problem using my app to remote control my Samsung tv. app to set up my car, app for a lot of random gadgets. Only the Bluesound note 2, hence the problem is not the router but the product.

I tried the BluOS help some years back, i did all they aked me to, did not help. Problem is it is very hard to find a problem there is not there all the time. Sometimes a reboot doesn't even help and i just have to keep trying for days.
