    Hi Chris

Completely uninstall the App then reboot your PC or Mac. Once rebooted, download and install a new version of the App from www.bluesound.com/downloads.

Once installed, please try again. If the problem still exists, please select Help, Send Support Request in the BluOS App with the subject line - How can I clear Desktop App Cache?

We had some issues with version 3.20.0 of the App. They have been cleared up with the current 3.20.2 but we have found out that in some cases, we need to fully install and reinstall to resolve.

    We apologise for the inconvenience.

How is it possible you keep saying this is fixed, it is not!!!

Yeah, I uninstalled, rebooted, and reinstalled and it still doesn't work.  And why can't you tell me how to clear the cache?  The whole folder was deleted, there is no cache to clear now.

I'm siding with Max here, you didn't fix this.  If you fixed something, you broke something else.  The desktop app has never worked well, it was always 10x slower and buggier than the android app and often just refused to do certain things, but now it is just broken.  Are you completely giving up on this product after not prioritizing it?  If so, just tell us.

So it's been two weeks, are you fixing this, do we have an estimate of when new software might be released, are you doing anything, or should I just plan on buying something else because this will always be non-functional?

This is still broken, are you planning on fixing this at all, or just giving up on having a Windows product?

Thank you for your patience Chris. Our Product Development Team is looking to resolve this issue as quickly as possible and we do apologise for the undue delay in getting an update out.

Then just let me have a version that used to work.  I have the same product as I did when the software worked.  I most likely have the same firmware on it.  I just don't want an overpriced brick in my house.  Email me a link or a version of the software that works.  It has always been buggy, slow, and poorly made, but at least it was usable before.  If the older rev you send me has some bugs or doesn't work perfectly, then so what, that is what I'm used to from this software.  What's the worst thing that could happen, it's unusable?  That's where I am right now, so anything is an improvement.

Your product functionality is easily replaceable with a raspberry pi costing less than $100.  The DAC inside your products performs very poorly, so an external DAC is needed regardless.  The only reason to buy a node is because of the software which makes managing the music library, selecting, and streaming the music easier and more stable than the cheap solution.  When  you provide a buggy, slow product like what the Windows controller has been in the past, you reduce the value of your solution, but it's still somewhat viable.  Now your product does absolutely nothing.  Why did I pay extra to have a brick sitting in my stereo system doing nothing because you won't provide a functional solution? Months is an acceptable down time to your company?
