Amazon echo integration???

Maybe a dumb question but maybe someone can give me some guidance before my purchase. I’m going to be buying the powernode shortly to power a pair of bookshelfs. The family uses our amazon echo religiously to play music currently. I want better quality sound along with tv integration via the HDMI eArc. Can you use an echo dot connected to the powernode via 3.5mm jack or RCA’s to push all the audio from Alexa commands to the bookshelf’s? Just looking to still benefit from the voice control of the echo but with the sound quality of bookshelf’s via the powernode. Thanks Eric
