"Host is down" on my Vault
AnsweredI have the Vault first generation, Yesterday we had numerous electric failure and since then I cannot access to my collection music store in the Vault. Each time I have the message: cannot access to audio file: Host is down. The led on the Vault is white. I disconnect the Vault and reconnect it, the led light turn solid red for a while, then flash green for a few seconds and turn white. Impossible to play my collection but I can access to Tidal, Tunekin .
Can you help me.

Solid white means it’s indexing, probably best to leave it for a good while and see if it recovers. It’s possible the issues you suffered have caused some damage.
In the App select Delete Index and then rebuild the Index. Then leave it for a while.
As it’s Christmas and you can at least play music it might be an idea to try the following in a few days time in case it totally dies.
If no joy pull the power and leave it unplugged for a hour. Then plug it back in and see what happens in the next hour or so.
After doing the above and it’s still stuck on the white LED log a support ticket with Bluesound, from the Help menu select Send Support Request,
