Idagio error streaming to nad m33

Hi, i get the following error when pressing play on an album that i have saved as a favourite within the Idagio App.

error: there is no suitable media format 
Idagio 43067050

any suggestions? All other music apps work fine.

  To stream Idagio content through the BluOS app you will require an Idagio Premium subscription. If you are receiving a "No Suitable Media Format" error when attempting to play from Idagio's library, you may be using an Idagio Free account.
