The blue sound Vault 2 is hardwired and after going red just blinks and after going red just blinks green

  It is hooked right to router blinks green nonstop

  Yes I did I'm actually a dealer I had it hardwired right straight into my switch everything on the switch works just fine on the internet and after about 30 seconds it goes from solid red to blinking green and never comes out of it
