Try turning off the Wi-Fi on the Ziggo modem.

I suspect that the iPhone is not using the same WiFi network as the BluOS devices. This can be confirmed in the WiFi setting for the iPhone. Mesh networks create an entirely new network and there is no communication between the Ziggo router network and the TP-Link. If possible, wire the BluOS devices directly to the TP-Link to resolve the issue.

Thanks Braino. That makes sense. I believe I can change the setup of my TP-link units and WiFi network: either (1) change from Router Mode to Access Point Mode or (2) re-setup the mesh network with my primary TP unit not on my home router, but between my Ziggo modem and my home router which connects to all other internet devices, incl both BluOS devices.
Does this make sense and is one option preferable over the other?

The choice you make will depend on how you need your network configured. I'm not familiar with either the Ziggo or the TP-Link products so I can't assist on specifics. TP-Link does provide guidance on-line:
