  Just a theory, no data, no evidence, but just maybe, the settlement with Sonos prevents certain features like multiple profiles if you have family streaming account. So easy to implement as each profile has its own credentials. So why not? The lack of feature creation and advancement on the BluOS is so obvious and frustrating.
