Soundbar+ With Sony tv

Sony XR65X90K with Soundbar+, Using the arc port on the tv and get sound but no control.  Tv is up to date.  Volume control of bar through the app. Every once in awhile the volume control on the tv will show up (audio system) but has no effect on the bar itself.

  Image tried a different hdmi cable as well
