NAD stopped responding to BluOS
AnsweredI have a NAD C368 amp and it's been fine for years but just yesterday stopped responding to the BluOS controller and can't play any streaming on it or anything from the Vault. I tried factory reset but that didn't help. BluOS setup does not appear on menu screen either. Any ideas?

Have you tried performing a network restart on your entire network? If not, I will start with that. If you are still having issues with your player, please reach out to our support team using the BluOS app.
