Need Firmware update for manual installation
AnsweredHello,
I have a Node 2i and the player is stuck with a constant red light. It’s clear I am going to have to manually update the firmware. However, I have searched and searched this website to no avail.
Prior posts and the Support section says to go to the Product page and then the Downloads section. Unless I am missing something, the firmware updates are simply not on your website.
Can you please advise? My BlueSound is a non-functional black box at the moment.
Thank you,
Patrick

Thanks, Seppi.
I was logging back in to update my post here. I did find and download the update to a USB.
The instructions say to press and hold the Pause/Play button with the stick inserted, and then plug the power back in. I did that, but nothing happened.
I found another message here around bad power supply capacitors being a potential cause. I am going to try that route. I’d appreciate any other ideas you might have…….it’s poor timing to shell out $500 but I have my BlueSound going 18 hrs/day.
Thanks
Patrick
