    It’s at the bottom of the product page, downloads section has the latest firmware. A manual firmware does need good timing to execute.

    I was logging back in to update my post here. I did find and download the update to a USB.

    The instructions say to press and hold the Pause/Play button with the stick inserted, and then plug the power back in. I did that, but nothing happened.

    I found another message here around bad power supply capacitors being a potential cause. I am going to try that route. I’d appreciate any other ideas you might have…….it’s poor timing to shell out $500 but I have my BlueSound going 18 hrs/day.
