BluOs Controller desde el portátil

Hola,
desde que compré el NAD M10 (3 años) y SIEMPRE que abro la aplicación de BluOs Controller desde el portátil me sale una ventana de "Actualización disponible" que JAMAS he conseguido instalar o actualizar.
¿Pueden ustedes decirme PASO a PASO (para personas muy muy muy torpes) cómo puedo hacerlo?

since I bought the NAD M10 (3 years) and I ALWAYS open the BluOs Controller application from the laptop I get an "Update available" window that I have NEVER been able to install or update.
Can you tell me STEP by STEP (for very very very clumsy people) how I can do it?

Hola Manual
If the Yes/No Prompt is not working on updating your BluOS App, please close the App. Visit https://www.bluesound.com/downloads/ and download the BluOS App for Windows update manually and run the downloaded executable to install the latest version. If problems persist, please select Help, Send Support Request in the App so our Support Crew can reach out and help with why the update is not installing.
