    If the Yes/No Prompt is not working on updating your BluOS App, please close the App. Visit https://www.bluesound.com/downloads/ and download the BluOS App for Windows update manually and run the downloaded executable to install the latest version. If problems persist, please select Help, Send Support Request in the App so our Support Crew can reach out and help with why the update is not installing.
