Bluesound NODE - No signal from the unit

I have the NODE connected through Ethernet to my router and I have been experiencing slow response from the unit for a week or so.
This morning, the NODE wouldn't play anything - Spotify Connect sees it, "Now playing" window shows that a track is playing, but there's no sound coming out of the unit.
TIDAL and TuneIn radio from the BlueOS app do not play at all: I click on a track, or on a radio-station, it shows up in the "now playing" window, but there's no sound coming out of the NODE. There's only a circle turning around the "play" button but it doesn't play anything, as if there's no Internet connection, which is not the case, since the Internet connection is present (and the blue LED on the front of my NODE is lit).
Did not try if Tidal Connect works, didn't have time this morning.
What can I do to diagnose this issue further? One remark: my NODE plays without any trouble at my friend's house. All commands are executed instantly, with no lag at all.

This would imply you have a networking issue, as first step reboot your Router followed by your NODE and any devices used as a controller.
If this does not help when the NODE is next playing send a support request to Bluesound. Using the Bluesound App select Help…Send Support Request.
