Pulse 2 volume difference

Hi all. I’m hoping someone can help me with this. I have two pulse 2’s that I use in my lounge, but the volume difference between the two of them is massive.
The speakers are set at an equal distance left to right from where I generally sit to listen. But whether I have them just grouped or have them as a fixed stereo group the volume difference between them is quite bad. As a fixed stereo group I have to have a 6db balance of set to make the music sound central. I wouldn’t of thought this normal of two of exactly the same players. Can anyone advise as to whether this is normal.

Hi Darren
Speaker positioning can be key here. Ensure the quieter PULSE is not up against the wall and has room. See if you can move it about 15cm or 6" away form the wall and see if that makes a difference. If not, please select Help, Send Support Request in the App so we may take a closer look.
