App can't find players on Windows 11 or MacPro OS Ventura 13.0.1 after any version since 3.18.4
AnsweredMy iPhone and iPads, however, are using 3.20.25 and still work, thankfully. Noticed the week before Thanksgiving. I have tried the uninstall, reinstall, reboot, unplug, router, and system reset. I am not making progress.

Hi Alice
We have had intermittent reports on this. Please restart your router, wait 5 minutes, then restart your player, then wait 5 minutes and relaunch the App. If problems persist, please contact support@bluesound.com for a closer look.

This worked but only once. After doing the above instructions, the Mac and Dell opened the app and found players but closed them for a meeting now; the apps won't open beyond the front page of "looking for players" on the Mac and Dell. It still works on the iPhone/iPad.

This morning we launched an updated version of the BluOS App for Windows and macOS which does resolve a number of issues. Please upgrade at www.blueosund.com/downloads. If problems persist then as mentioned above, please reach out directly to our Support Crew.

I upgraded to the newest release as of this morning to 3.20.2 on both the Windows and MacOS. Rebooted the router, restarted the players, restarted my PC and Mac. Still spinning on "looking for players". App on phone and iPad still work. Next?
