Pulse M failing during set up; "Installing Upgrade" gets nothing

I get the unit to connect to my wifi but the "Installing Upgrade" screen just sits idle then an error message come up.  Unit is then not listed in my app and I try the set up again and the same thing happens.

  Temporarily move it closer to your router and use an Ethernet cable, you should then be able to configure and update.
