Selecting output wifi/BT/Analog out?

I do not seem to find an option to choose between e.g. analog out (rca), wifi or BT for connecting my Node 2i to my speakers. 
I have set up my Node 2i with an RCA cable to my speaker, but can not find an option in the menu to choose this output.
