Calm Radio dropouts
Hi,
I have a Calm Radio premium subscription. On my Bluesound Powernode I listen to Calm Radio channels using the Calm Radio service. But the stream always suddenly stops after a while. Sometimes after a short time like some minutes or half an hour, sometimes after a longer time like some hours. I have to click the stream or preset again before it goes on.
With other services (like Tunein) I don't experience this issue. I don't know if this is a problem with the Powernode or at the side of Calm Radio.
Do more people have this problem?

Have you tried rebooting your modem/router and the issue persists? If so, please reach out to our support team using your BluOS app, this way diagnostic logs will be sent to us as well. In the BluOS App, BluOS >> Help >> Send Support Request.

Hi Mark,
Yes I have rebooted my modem/router several times. But the thing is also that if I add the Calm stream url's into TuneIn as custom stream it never dropouts, so my conclusion is that it's not an issue with my connection. Well, this TuneIn way is also an acceptable workaround for me. But I will follow your advice with the diagnostic logs.
