Scratch sound when changing songs
AnsweredI have a Node N130 combined with a NAD C298. When changing songs on TIDAL and Spotify I can hear a short scratch-sound from my speakers when I switch between songs. It appears only when I change between different HiFi-qualities. When I switch songs in CD quality or switch between songs in MQA quality it does not appear. It only appears when using N130, I don’t have the same problem when listening to my Pulse Flex speakers. Strange and annoying. Anyone having the same problem?

HI Anders
Our Quality Assurance Team is aware and actively looking into the root cause. It is generally due to a lack of black space on non-red book digitised music or trimmed 'black holes' when changing resolution. The trick is to add a muting option with out cutting into the first half beat of the following track.
