Authorisation Failed indicates an error with your account. You will have to contact Sirius XM or Sirius XM Canada to resolve this. This Help Centre Article includes links to both locations for you to resolve with them; https://support.bluos.net/hc/en-us/articles/1500006067561

Thanks, I'll try that, but XM works fine in the native XM app, and on Sonos, FYI.

Again, the BS app fails and they blame it on someone else. I have exactly the same problem with BS declining my SiriusXM creds that work perfectly fine in logging in to he SXM site. There’s nothing wrong with our creds….it’s the BS app that, again, has failed

Sirius XM has repeatedly informed us it is in fact an error at their end, on thier server, thus the KB Article I posted above. Please continue to work with Sirius XM.

I have the same issue with "Authorization Failed" upon logging in on my Node2i, but it listed SiriusXM on the left pane (left side) after I received the error.  I can also list all the channels available when browsing, but not able to tune in or play any music.

yes same here, Bluesound is a Glitchfest, I'm selling all my Bluesound,  can not login to XM  and it is Bluesounds fault not XM

I'm getting this same error code on my new Node X...whats the fix? Sirius is telling me its the same creds as I use through a browser.
