Preset buttons not responding (PulseFlex 2i)
AnsweredAll five buttons on the PulseFlex 2i are configured but not responding. Only way to use the presets is by selecting from the BluOS app.

Found out all buttons (play/pause, volume, skip) were unresponsive --not only the presets.
*Resolved*: Removed and reattached the battery pack and that resolved the issue.

My PulsFlex 2i preset buttons are unresponsive. I do not have a better. I have disconnected power several times hoping they would respond but no luck. The Pause/play, volume and skip buttons work though.
