Logging in to Bluesound Support Crew website
AnsweredHello, I have noticed recently that when trying to login to Bluesound support, I have to enter my Username and Password about three times in a rather wierd process.
After the first login attempt I get the error message, screenshot attached, regarding Safari cookie requirements. This is even though I am using MS Edge on my WIndows 10 PC, with not a hint of Apple Safari in sight!
What's going on please? Time this was fixed!

Like all public-facing sites with customisation, cookies are required by our Support Service provider. These are not marketing tracking requirements but those of nature to provide you with a better experience based on your previous visits in order to help you find what you need faster.
You can consider a private or incognito browse tab as an alternative. Please be aware some services may be limited though.
