PULSE M first launch
AnsweredDuring the first launch, after connecting to the network, the device started an automatic update, which ended in an error.
I tried to connect both by cable and by air. Even changed the provider. All to no avail. In support, they feed me standard step-by-step instructions and do not give useful information. Has anyone encountered a similar problem in PULSE M?

Hi Mykhailo
The fact you mentioned multiple providers may suggest that during the setup process, your handheld device may be connecting back to the wrong network once it moves from your network to the Bluesound Hotspot and then back to the network once the PULSE collapsed the hotspot and joined a network. Simply kill the BluOS App, check the network your phone or tablet is on is correct, and then relaunch the App. Select The PULSE with the NEEDS SETUP flag in the Player Drawer to finish the naming and customisation settings.
All setup scenearios are explained at www.bluesound.com/setup
