Spotify disconnects when starting up my laptop

    Possible duplicate IP address, power off absolutely everything (not just standby) that connects via Wi-Fi or Ethernet cable. Power cycle your router and wait five mins, then turn on your Bluesound devices, then your phone and play Spotify. Then try powering on your laptop.

    Thanks for the suggestion. I did as you say, but it doesn't appear to be the solution....
