    Hi-Res

When you changed your modem which I am guessing is also your router you need to power down absolutely everything in your house (wired and wireless) that was connected to the old one. Then power on the router giving it a good five minutes before turning on your network connected devices.

Suggest you log a support ticket now, using the Bluesound App select Help…Send support Request.

If the new router uses a different IP address range / pool and you previously added shares using the IP address rather than the devices name then this is something to be aware of.

Thank you for your response Seppi. Much appreciated

Thankfully, I have the previous versions of the BluOS so I installed 3.18.4, then it allowed me to delete the local shares and remap them. Later releases have some bugs.

Also, I did what you recommended and opened a support ticket with Bluesound technical team.

Thanks again for taking the time to respond.
