Node 2i Reliability
AnsweredSince the upgrade before 3.20.25 my node 2i repeatedly freezes and requires turning off/on to get it working again. When 3.20.25 came out so soon after the previous upgrade i hoped it would fix this issue but it is still behaving the same way. Nothing else in the environment has changed eg the player is still in the same place, as is the router.
I've looked on your website for previous versions of the software so that i can take it back 2 steps but am unable to find a library of firmware updates.
As has been commented on elsewhwere, why so many updates that have no relevance to the node 2i? Can you please supply the firmware 2 steps prior to 3.20.25?

During the upgrade process, Bluesound Players perform two quick reboots. Many older or mid-grade Internet Service Provided routers end up creating multiple entries for the same device when handing out IP addresses when this happens.
Please reboot your router to clear the corrupt table. Wait 5 minutes for the router reboot to complete, then reboot your Bluesound NODE and any other Smart IoT devices you may have. This should resolve the issue.
