    Hi Phil

    During the upgrade process, Bluesound Players perform two quick reboots. Many older or mid-grade Internet Service Provided routers end up creating multiple entries for the same device when handing out IP addresses when this happens.

    Please reboot your router to clear the corrupt table. Wait 5 minutes for the router reboot to complete, then reboot your Bluesound NODE and any other Smart IoT devices you may have. This should resolve the issue.

    We have found DHCP reservations to be extremely effective in helping with this
